Welcome to Greidanus Honeybee Farm. By accessing our website (honeybeefarm.ca) and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a consistent and professional standard for our domestic and international partners.

1. General Sales Policy
   All sales of Greidanus Honeybee Farm products are considered Final Sale. As a food-grade product, this policy ensures the integrity and safety of our supply chain.
   Sale Items: Items purchased at a discount or during a promotional period are strictly final sale and are not eligible for exchange or credit.
   
2. Satisfaction & Exchange Policy
   We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer an exchange under the following strict criteria:
   Timeline: Exchanges must be requested within 365 days of the original purchase date.
   Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.
   Location: All physical exchanges must be conducted at the Greidanus Honeybee Farm location.
   Refusal Rights: Greidanus Honeybee Farm reserves the right to refuse any exchange that occurs after the 365-day window or if the product has been tampered with or stored improperly.
   
3. Damages and Issues
   Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. To maintain our food safety and traceability standards, we require prompt reporting of any discrepancies.
   Reporting Window: You must contact us within 30 days of reception if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
   
   Contact: Please email Patti at info@honeybeefarm.ca with your order number and a description of the issue. Resolution: Once notified, we will evaluate the issue and work to make it right via replacement or credit at our discretion.
   
4. Product Quality & Compliance
   Greidanus Honeybee Farm operates as a second-generation Alberta-based honeybee operation. Our honey is produced and handled according to established Canadian food safety practices.
   Traceability: We maintain records for all wholesale and export lots.
   Origin: All honey sold via this site is 100% Pure Canadian Honey**, produced by colonies managed in Alberta.
   
5. Limitation of Liability
   Greidanus Honeybee Farm is not responsible for damages resulting from improper storage or handling of the honey once it has left our facility or been delivered to the customer’s carrier.
